Website purpose

Our website provides general information about our pools, spas, and related services and allows visitors to contact us about potential projects. Website information is for general planning and informational purposes. It is not a site-specific engineering assessment, construction plan, or binding offer to sell products or perform services.

Our role as an Authorized Dealer

Elevated Luxury Pools is an independently owned and operated Authorized Dealer of the pool and spa products we offer. We are not the product manufacturer, and our dealer status does not make us the manufacturer’s agent or authorize us to change its warranty commitments. Responsibility for the sales and installation services we agree to provide is established in your project agreement and applicable law. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any installation or workmanship warranty we provide.

Inquiries and project agreements

Submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or scheduling a consultation does not create an installation contract, reserve a product, or guarantee availability or a project start date.

Purchases and services are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement will establish the applicable scope, pricing, payment schedule, deposits, responsibilities, scheduling, change procedures, cancellation terms, and warranties. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement on a matter relating to that project, the signed agreement controls.

Product information and project suitability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Product availability, specifications, finishes, dimensions, accessories, and service offerings may change. We will confirm the details applicable to your project in the relevant proposal or agreement. Website updates do not by themselves modify an existing signed agreement.

Photographs, renderings, and illustrations may show optional features, surrounding landscaping, decking, furnishings, or other elements that are not included in a standard product or installation. Colors and finishes may appear differently on different screens.

Suitability for a particular property, including sloped or uneven terrain, requires a project-specific evaluation. Installation requirements and feasibility may depend on access, soil conditions, grading, structural needs, utilities, drainage, permitting, setbacks, and other site conditions. Website descriptions do not guarantee approval or suitability for every property. Elevated, above-ground, semi-inground, acrylic-wall, and other configurations must be evaluated for the selected model and site, with any required engineering and approvals. General product capabilities do not establish that a particular installation is approved.

Product warranties and service support

Product warranty coverage is determined by the written warranty applicable to the specific product and purchase, together with applicable law. Structural coverage should not be understood as identical coverage for finishes, tile, acrylic features, equipment, accessories, or installation labor. Different components may have different warranty providers, terms, and coverage periods.

We will make applicable written product warranty information available before purchase. Please review it for coverage, duration, any lawful eligibility or maintenance conditions, exclusions, claim procedures, and responsibility for associated costs. Any separate installation or workmanship warranty we offer will be identified in your project agreement. Nothing in these website terms reduces an applicable written warranty or any nonwaivable legal rights.

Pricing and timelines

Any prices, savings examples, or completion timelines shown on the website are general estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Final pricing and timing depend on the selected products, site conditions, scope of work, delivery, permitting, weather, and other relevant factors. Responsibility for permits, site preparation, utility work, and related costs will be addressed in the project agreement. A stated product installation duration may exclude design, approvals, manufacturing, shipping, site preparation, and surrounding construction. Any advertised performance, maintenance, energy-use, or cost comparisons depend on the stated assumptions and actual conditions; they are not a guarantee of an individual result.

Safe use and professional advice

General website content does not replace site-specific advice from qualified professionals or applicable product instructions. Pool and spa owners and users should follow product safety guidance, applicable codes, and requirements relating to barriers, supervision, electrical systems, and safe operation. Nothing in these terms limits any safety obligation or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
